Hollenshead Auto Sales, Inc. and any dealer/seller that uses the Universal Condition Report. By using this product the seller has agreed to stand behind its merchandise. Whether buying direct or in the auction lanes, Auctions you can be confident that "what you see (in the inspection report*) is what you get (when you put the unit on your truck)".

Restrictions: Using the line items, including all photos, of our Inspection Report as the basis for comparison, the buyer has one business day after receipt of the equipment to report to R Hollenshead any claim of a significant discrepancy between the condition of the equipment received and the condition described in the inspection report. In the case that a claim is filed in accordance with the terms and conditions and if the discrepancy is validated through the dispute resolution process, R. Hollenshead Auto Sales, Inc. may either elect to refund the purchase to the buyer, or settle such claim in another mutually beneficial manner to the buyer. All disputes must be submitted prior to repairs taking place, and are subject to a $500 deductible.
